We integrate irrigation, fertigation, ventilation, heating, cooling, and dehumidification to maintain conditions that crops prefer while optimizing energy and water usage. Our designs start with crop requirements—temperature, humidity, and vapor pressure deficit (VPD)—and translate them into equipment sizing, distribution strategies, and control logic. The outcome is a climate that remains uniform across bays and throughout the day. Irrigation and fertigation networks are designed for consistent pressure and flow at all emitters, with filtration and dosing tailored to water quality and nutrient recipes. Leak-aware layouts and monitoring reduce consumption without compromising plant health. HVAC and dehumidification systems are selected for local climate and greenhouse architecture. We manage condensation risk on glazing and structure, coordinate air paths, and ensure that latent and sensible loads are balanced. Electrical distribution and controls tie everything together. Panels, protection devices, and cable management are installed to industrial standards; SCADA/PLC systems provide alarms, data logging, and sequencing so operators can trust the greenhouse to run as designed.
